23 April: The May 5-6, 2007, Booger County eXtreme has been canceled due to lack of participation.
Racer fee update, 9 April: Due to our recent web site availability issues, the deadline for the early registration fee of $135 per racer has been extended to 14 April. Thank you for your patience.
EQUIPMENT LIST update, 27 March: Each racer is required to carry four carabiners. We also recommend that each racer carry a waterproof bag or heavy-duty garbage bag large enough to hold his or her personal pack. (The full updated equipment list is available from the menu to the right.)
Schedule update, 27 March: On Sunday, May 6, an awards ceremony will be held; and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., a lunch of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and dessert will be served for all racers and support teams.
Race Rules update regarding co-ed vs. single-sex teams, 23 January: To receive USARA rankings, a team must be co-ed. All-female teams are eligible for BCE rankings and prizes, but will not be eligible for USARA points or rankings. All-male teams are welcome to run but are not eligible for prizes or BCE rankings.
Schedule update, 21 December: Due to turkey season, the race date has been moved back to May 5-6.
Race Rules update, 27 November: For the short course only, all-female teams will be eligible for prizes and BCE-only rankings.
